About me:

I'm Maggie Hudson, a personal trainer, aerial silks performer, and fitness coach with over 30 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

My passion for movement has taken me from personal training to aerial performance and stunt work, experiences that continue to shape my belief that we are capable of far more than we often think—at any age.

I specialize in working with women over 40 and active older adults who want realistic, encouraging, and effective training.

My approach is supportive, practical, and personalized - no intimidation, no extremes, just smart coaching that meets you where you are.
